This is the list of companies that have completed their Reg A+ IPO or Direct Public Offering (DPO) and listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ

NewsMax Direct Listing NMAX raised $75 million without underwriters on March 31st, 2025. The initial price of their DPO to the NYSE was $10 per share, a pre-money valuation of $750 million. Shares closed at $83 per share on the listing day. A shortage of available shares caused the rapid uptick in price. Post listing, the supply of stock caught up with demand, and as of early May 2025, their stock traded at $23. This is an excellent example of using a Reg A+ as a very cost-effective and rapid vehicle to list on a major exchange. No underwriters were involved, which saved a huge amount of money for NewsMax. Reg A+ works very well for companies with a large following, and NewsMax is a media company with a sizable following that they could easily attract to invest in their DPO—a great example of using Reg A+ well.

Atlis Motor Vehicles DPO. Atlis made the first Reg A+ Direct Public Offering to the NASDAQ using the ticker symbol AMV at an offering price of $27.50. There was a shortage of available shares on the day they listed, and as a result, their stock price traded up dramatically for the first two days. No underwriters were involved, saving the company a great deal of money. Atlis raised $33.5 million. This company borrowed a very large amount of capital via a convertible note that dragged its share price down in the months and years post-listing.
