In a Reg A+ offering non-accredited investors can invest up to 10% of their annual income/net worth per year, whichever is the larger amount, (excluding their home). This is a per company limit and it only applies to Tier 2 Reg A+ offerings. Reg A+ investors are self-state their income and net worth. There are no regulatory restrictions for accredited investors on the amount they can invest in a Reg A+ or a Reg D.
