Shares are currently $6.15 each, and you cannot buy fractions of shares, so the total investment must be a multiple of $6.15. Your first dividend would be in the month following the month you invested. Dividends are by default sent as a check to the owner, but once registered with the custodian, you can subscribe to doing a direct deposit to whatever account you like.

From what I could see there were no homes complete and rented yet. When homes are finished and rented is the plan to then market those homes (in a package) and when they are sold would any of the investors principle be returned? What happens to principle once there is a cap event? Or is there any other capital event planed such as refinancing etc? Or is the plan to manage the rentals for a period of time and from those proceeds pay dividends and service debt? I believe I read that you would acquire mortgage debt to help in funding of the construction, in the unlikely event that the project would go into foreclosure who would be paid back first or who has the senior position? When do you think the project will be profitable and you will not longer have to rely on reserves in order to make the dividend payments? Thanks for your time, it is nice to see your level of engagement and speaks volumes about your organization.
