After 62 years in business, Mr. Montgomery continues to bring a unique and varied set of experiences to share with our clients. He has made valuable contacts with his International activity with 24 years in Asia and 15 years in Spain and England.  He contracted with Hong Kong’s billionaire, Li Ka Shing, to Project Manage the total construction of the new CitiBank building in Hong Kong.  He also contracted with HSBC Bank HK to perform a Quantity Survey on every contract in force at the time for building the bank's new Norman Foster-designed headquarters.

In 1970 he founded Asian International Business Associates Ltd. (AIBA), the first-ever American consulting firm in Hong Kong.  A nine nation network of offices serving such firms as Sony, Alfa Romeo, KLM Airlines, City Investing Corp. and Korean Airlines.  In 1981, he founded and managed, as Senior Partner, the Hong Kong offices of Pell-Frischmann Consultants, one of England’s preeminent structural engineering consulting firms. In 2004-2009 Mr. Montgomery lived in Kuala Lumpur working as a personal advisor to Francis Yeoh the CEO of YTL Corp. Berhad, one of Malaysia’s largest companies.  Mr. Yeoh, has been described by Forbes Magazine as one of Asia’s 25 most powerful men.  In 2010 Mr. Montgomery was retained to review several hotel development sites for Limetree Trust in Vietnam and in  2017 was invited to return to Vietnam to review the same sites.

Lee's U.S. experiences include Executive management positions with Technicolor Corp., Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corp, and  N.W. Ayer Advertising Agency.
