So maybe your auditing costs per year would be forty or fifty thousand dollars a year for a more complex business. I don’t think you need dedicated staff to fulfill this reporting requirement on your OTC public shares. Remember this is not a full NYSC or NASDAQ IPO, this is a public offering using Reg A+ with far reduced reporting requirements.
