$500 times 8% equals $40. Divide by 12 to get $3.33 a month.

So I invest $1000 to by shares in this company, I get a 8% dividend. I assume the if the company is successful, the share price goes up? How would a person go about selling the shares if I decide to get out? Is the dividend guaranteed? Is part of the profit from selling a community given back to the investors other then the dividend?
