ERC Homebuilders
ERC Homebuilders' investors to be paid an 8% per annum dividend, paid monthly from the date of investment completion, with the potential for appreciation in preferred share price over time. ERC targets the burgeoning demand for "build-to-rent" (B2R) homes, driven by the cultural wave of millennials who seek a single-family living without the costs of buying their home. The new homes will be wholesaled to institutional investors in contiguous developments for maximum efficiency of ownership.
“There is huge pent-up demand from institutional investors in the B2R market.
