A Multi-Family Blended Portfolio

CalTier Realty has a blended approach to Multi-Family real estate investing. We implement a direct acquisition model and invest alongside premier partners on select acquisitions in high growth areas in the United States. This approach reduces the risk of market volatility while building strong returns for our investors.

Majority Control

We invest directly into Multi-Family value-add properties. We drive the acquisition process from start to finish with majority control.

Apartments are typically 10-50 units and located primarily on the West Coast in high rental demand areas.
